Travel Grant

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to apply, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be a member of the American Association of Medical Dosimetrists (AAMD) in good standing at the time of application and award.
• Be in the final year of their CME cycle and seeking financial assistance for CE credits.
• Have not previously received the AAMD Foundation’s Travel Grant.

Mandatory Documents

Applicants must submit the following as part of their application:
• Letter from direct supervisor authorizing your travel.
(This letter should be on official company letterhead, dated and signed. Make sure to include your supervisor’s contact details for verification purposes.)

• CE Transcript

Essay Questions

Note you may cut and paste from a text editor for the online application. There is a 300 word limit for each question.

• Explain financial need for travel grant.

Application Procedure Overview

1) Prepare your application materials
Complete any required essay or short-answer questions and gather all mandatory documents.

2) Submit your application online
Upload all required documents.

Once you click Submit, you will receive a confirmation email with:

• • Your Application ID and submission date
  • A secure link to check your document status.
  • Using the secure link, you can upload or replace any documents..

3) Application review

• • Once all required materials are received, the scholarship committee will review your application. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted directly.
