Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be considered:

• The applicant must be currently enrolled as a student in a JRCERT-accredited Medical Dosimetry program. (Admission into a program does not constitute enrollment).
• The applicant must be a member of AAMD in good standing at the time of application and award.
• The applicant must be taking the MDCB certification examination for the first time.

Mandatory Documents

Applicants must submit the following as part of their application:
• Official Transcript
• Enrollment Verification Form — must be downloaded, completed, and reuploaded.

Essay Questions

Note you may cut and paste from a text editor for the online application. There is a 300 word limit for each question.

•  Describe your career goals, both short-term and long-term, and how obtaining your CMD will help you achieve your goals.

Application Procedure Overview

1) Prepare your application materials
Complete any required essay or short-answer questions and gather all mandatory documents.

2) Submit your application online

Once you click Submit, you will receive a confirmation email with:

• • Your Application ID and submission date
  • A secure link to check your document submission status.
  • The link can also be used to upload or replace any documents.

3) Application review

• • Once all required materials are received, the scholarship committee will review your application. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted directly.
