Tamara Syverson is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning clinical radiation oncology, healthcare management, and oncology reimbursement consulting. Her background as a radiation therapist, paired with her leadership in compliance and operational strategy, has positioned her as a trusted advisor to hospitals, physician practices, and cancer centers nationwide.

Tamara has led national teams in designing and delivering coding, documentation, and billing compliance solutions. Her expertise includes policy development, regulatory education, and the implementation of scalable systems for electronic medical records and revenue optimization. She is widely respected for her ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance for both clinical and administrative stakeholders.

In her current role at RCCS, Tamara oversees oncology consulting operations, driving quality, compliance, and financial integrity. She also serves as a Trustee of the AAMD Education and Research Foundation, contributing to professional development initiatives across the radiation oncology community.

Outside of work, Tamara enjoys baking — a creative pursuit that reflects the thoughtful, detail-oriented approach she brings to every professional endeavor.
