Ron DiGiaimo is a nationally recognized leader in oncology operations and revenue cycle management, bringing more than three decades of healthcare expertise to the AAMD Education and Research Foundation. As Chairman and CEO of Revenue Cycle Coding Strategies (RCCS) and its affiliated companies, Ron has built the nation’s largest privately held oncology and radiology consulting and billing firm, serving practices and institutions across the U.S.

Beginning his career as a radiation therapist, Ron advanced into executive leadership roles with several of the country’s largest oncology organizations. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to operational excellence led him to found RC Billing and grow it into an industry-defining enterprise. Today, his companies collectively process billions in annual charges and provide consulting, valuation, education, and compliance services to oncology providers nationwide.

Ron’s influence extends beyond business. He is a frequent speaker and advisor on oncology reimbursement, compliance, and healthcare policy, and serves as a consultant to the U.S. Department of Justice and Office of Inspector General on oncology-related fraud and Medicare abuse. He also holds leadership and advisory roles with national organizations such as ASTRO, ACRO, and Radiating Hope.

Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, Ron remains committed to advancing the field of oncology through advocacy, education, and innovation. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with his family and beloved Cocker Spaniels.
